You Light Up The Dark (framed) - Original Watercolor Painting

I stepped forward
Putting beside my fear
Into the unknown I went
Two cheeks full of tears
My heart was broken often
With no one to share
As the loneliness grew heavy
I knew you were out there
I just didn’t know where
And on that day
As I felt it all fall apart
I couldn’t help but notice
It really wasn’t that hard
Your smile beamed across the room
That alone stole my heart
With the years all behind us
I still remember the spark
And how you light up the dark
This is an original watercolor painting of a shy sunflower that refuses to pose. I left the background blank (white), so that the sunflower stands out within the frame. The painting is framed with a single white, acid-free mat.
The black frame is a composite material and very sturdy, yet light enough to easily hang anywhere. The protective acrylic is both UV blocking & non-glare. I signed and dated the painting with an acid free pen.
